In the vicinity of the romantic baroque center of Varaždin and only a few minutes bike ride from the river Drava and the Drava park and forest, stands Student Centre Varaždin. It has two accommodation buildings/dormitories, one belonging to the classicism period and the other showcasing a contemporary urban design.
Together, with the restaurant, they make up a complex driven by a green energy concept and environmental resposibility. Solar power plants, enery certificate A+, use of rainwater, rational use of energy, water to water heating and cooling pumps make this complex very special and interesting.
Student Centre Varaždin has bicycle storage for 340 bicycles, underground garage with two chargers for electric vehicles, self-service laundry room, outdoor fitness park and gym.
Building A can accommodate 240 guests (1,2,3-beds room), every room has bathroom and on every of 4 floors there are few small kitchens. Building B can accommodate 600 guests (1,2,3-beds room, 2 suits), every room has separate toilets and bathrooms and on every of 5 floors there are fully equipped kitchens (15), living rooms (6) and study rooms (6).
